Buffing out a finish to a mirror-like gloss with a buffing wheel is a relatively simple task when using Mernzena’s dry polishing compounds. Menzerna sticks have been designed to work with tougher high urethane content finishes as well as nitrocellulose lacquer. Start with a fresh cotton buffing wheel and “charge” the wheel with the compound by holding it against the wheel for 3 to 5 seconds and start to buff. The wheel may need periodic recharging throughout the buffing process. You MUST have a different wheel for each compound to get the best results.
