Mass finishing(tumbling) allows you to finish the entire surface of several places at the same time. Jewelry items are placed in a container or drum along with polishing media and a polishing compound(a specicialize soap made for working with metals]. The machine rotates, tumbles or vibrates the container, creating steady, repitive motion that polishes the metal.

→Steel media is the easiest to use andis available in diameter of 3mm，4mm and 5mm to produce different finishes.
→Magnetic finishers work with a strong magnet inside their bases that rotates，pulling magnetic steel media through the compound，polishing the jewelry pieces.
→Magnetic finishing is the fastest of these mathods and is ideal for textured pieces but can leave”ping’marks on your pieces if run too long.
How to Use
- Preparation: Fill the polishing barrel with the appropriate amount of water and polishing compound (such as specialized soap). Then, add the stainless steel polishing pins.
- Loading: Place your jewelry or small metal parts into the barrel.
- Operation: Use the digital controller to set your desired working time. The machine will start and use powerful magnets to drive the pins in a high-speed rotation for a precise polish and deburring.
- Completion: Once the polishing is complete, remove your workpieces and rinse them thoroughly with clean water.
Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: After each use, be sure to thoroughly clean the polishing barrel and stainless steel pins, then let them dry before storing.
- Ventilation: The machine is designed with a fan-cooled system. Make sure the ventilation holes are clear to extend the life of the equipment.
- Storage: Store the machine in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
